Tenants

NorthPark’s current tenants include two well-respected institutions. Each has chosen NorthPark as the ideal setting for their business’s campus, recognizing NorthPark’s vision for a mixed-use development.

Express Scripts
When Express Scripts, Inc., one of the largest pharmacy-benefit management companies in America, decided to relocate, NorthPark was a perfect choice.  As a mixed-use development, NorthPark encompasses all the elements that were important to Express Scripts, like easy access to other St. Louis areas and a modest and environmentally friendly design.

In the spring of 2007, more than 1,000 Express Scripts employees moved into their new 320,000-square-foot headquarters on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus at NorthPark. Express Scripts is the highest-ranking Fortune 500 Company with its headquarters on a university campus. Due to this close proximity, Express Scripts has fostered a productive and positive relationship with the University of Missouri-St. Louis, creating collaboration in the research, development and technology fields.

With this new facility, Express Scripts also wanted to align its mission with the look and feel of the building. The economical building with its modest design and use of space aligns with Express Scripts’ mission, making the use of prescription drugs safer and more affordable for plan sponsors and more than 50 million members and their families.

The building is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified, reflecting Express Scripts’ commitment to the environment.  It meets strict standards of sustainability, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and indoor environmental quality.
