Community More than a mixed-use development, NorthPark is a community within a community. Berkeley, Ferguson, Kinloch and communities within the boundaries of NorthPark have welcomed us. Our strong partnerships with these cities and their services have created cooperation and opened the lines of communication. It is our mission to be a good neighbor and bring growth to the communities and reflect their gestures of goodwill.
