Construction at NorthPark begins

NorthPark Partners breaks ground at the NorthPark development.  Construction on the 550-acre mixed-use development will begin in early October 2006.  A groundbreaking ceremony was held with attendees including, St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley.
