Express Scripts and NorthPark Partners Announce Phase II Expansion
Express Scripts and NorthPark have announced their agreement to construct a second office building at University Place/NorthPark the Business, Technology and Research Park of the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL). The new 200,000-square foot building will be adjacent to the company's corporate headquarters. Construction of the new space will be conducted in conjunction with NorthPark Partners, developers of the neighboring mixed-use development NorthPark. Construction began in mid-November and the company plans to occupy the new space in May 2009.

NorthPark Partners announces plans for Hilton Garden Inn
The NorthPark Partners have announced plans for a $12 million Hilton Garden Inn as a part of the NorthPark development. The 136-room, four-story hotel will include suites, single and double rooms, as well as a restaurant. In addition to the hotel, a 5,000-square-foot conference center will be attached to the hotel. The hotel will be developed in conjunction with Lodging Hospitality Management and will include state-of-the-art amenities such as meeting rooms, room service, indoor pool and fitness center.

Vatterott College cuts ribbon at NorthPark Campus
Vatterott College celebrates the grand opening of its Vatterott College - NorthPark Campus. The 90,000-square-foot facility includes the company’s corporate headquarters and will serve as the area’s new campus. Vatterott is the first tenant at NorthPark.  Classes begin in November 2007, attracting approximately 500 students to the new location.

NorthPark hosts Economic Summit
The NorthPark Partners host an economic summit to showcase the country’s largest redevelopment project.  Real estate, development and site selection leaders from across the country, as well elected and regional officials, met to discuss NorthPark, its significance and how it impacts commerce. 
The day’s events included keynote addresses from NorthPark executives Chris McKee, President of McEagle and Larry Chapman, Principal of Clayco, as well as a tour of the development, including the Express Scripts headquarters and the Vatterott College national headquarters and campus. 
 
April 2007
NorthPark wins Business Development Award
The NorthPark development wins the Business Development Award from North County Incorporated.  According to North County Incorporated, NorthPark is a striking example of what can happen when forward-thinking business and government entities work together for the economic betterment of the community.
North County Incorporated represents the 47 municipalities and unincorporated area in North St. Louis County.
