NorthPark expands Express Scripts office space
NorthPark will build a second Express Scripts office building at University Place NorthPark. Construction is expected to becomplete in December 2008. The new building will be adjacent to Express Scripts’ Headquarters, which was completed in May 2007. 
The new $30 million building will house 900 employees and include 181,000-square-feet of office space, a three-level parking garage and two surface parking lots. Similar to the headquarters, the new building will be registered for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. The LEED certification for the headquarters is pending.
